Astra Canyon, a premier IFS Channel and Services partner, announced its acquisition of the IFS ERP and IFS Ultimo business lines of Alliant RigServ LLC (RigServ), a long-time IFS implementation partner.

The combined organization strengthens Astra Canyon’s position as a leading global IFS solutions provider while delivering broader capabilities to customers across the Energy, Utilities, & Resources (EUR), Industrial Manufacturing, and Aerospace & Defense sectors.
